以我近十年来对中国计算机类大学毕业生就业和IT行业人才招聘的切身体会，中国IT人才供需矛盾的日益加剧，根本原因之一大概就是高校IT类专业教育质量和培养定位与行业人才需求之间巨大的结构性差异。一头是大学生就业难，一头是推动产业发展的高技能人才严重紧缺，真是一副事关国计民生的重担！

近二十年中国IT培训产业如火如荼的发展，一定程度上为缓解大学生就业难、IT企业招聘难提供了解决途径，但仍有“治标不治本”之嫌。核心的难题在于短期应急式的强化培训，不仅在培训效果上缺乏系统性和持久性，而且由于脱离于教育体系本身而导致受益面大受局限。

CBD教育致力于在整合优势资源的基础上打造专业化平台，系统性地推出高技能人才培养整体解决方案，服务高校专业改革。在国家“大力发展职业教育、提高高校教育质量”的政策背景下，我们的探索不仅帮助高校破解新课程改革、大学生生就业等难题，更为国家“建立高技能人才校企合作培养机制”提供了有益的尝试和改革试点，并最终获得了主管部门的高度认可和大力支持。

在教育部、清华大学计算中心和中关村软件园的直接领导和支持下推出的“全国院校专业改革推广工程”，在总结多年院校专业改革经验的基础上，以更专业、更系统、更权威的“特色专业整体解决方案”，贯彻国务院、教育部提出的“建立高技能人才校企合作培养机制”，服务新时期高校专业改革工作。

帮助院校发展更具生命力的新专业，帮助大学生成功就业，帮助IT产业引进高技能高素质的紧缺人才，参与并推动上述社会价值创造的过程，将是CBD教育的使命。

I’ve involved in employment of talent in computer science for a decade. The contradiction between demand and supply of IT talent is sharpening. One of the fundamental reasons is the huge structural gap between the quality and orientation of IT education and the demand of IT talent. On one hand, college graduates face difficulties and challenges in hunting jobs. On the other hand, talent with high technology is in short supply. It’s a heavy burden with the national economy and the people's livelihood.

IT training industry in China over the past two decades has been well developed, which eases the tense situation of graduates employment and IT enterprise enrolment. But it’s not going to the roots of the problem. The crucial problem lies in short-term emergency-like strengthened training, which not only lacks systematic logic and the durability in the training effect, but also limits its range of profit because of separated education system.

The CBD Education Group devotes itself to building specialized platform, making comprehensive solution to the high technology talents training and promoting the service specialized university reform. With the national policy of “develop the vocational education and improve teaching quality in colleges and universities”, our exploration not only helped the university to solve problems of new curriculum reform and graduates’ employment but also made great attempts to “establish high technology talent training system” and promote reform. As a result, we have obtained approval and support of superior department.

“The national universities and colleges disciplines reform promotion project” is promoted under the direct leadership and support of the Ministry of Education, Tsinghua University Computing Center and Zhongguancun software park(the i.e. ZPARK). It’s based on experience of universities and colleges disciplines reform for years and is more systematic, more authoritative comprehensive specialized solution. The project implements the policy of “establishing the training mechanism for high technology talent by the cooperation between colleges and enterprises”, which is raised by the State Council and the Ministry of Education. It also serves the new time university specialized reform work.

More to help universities and cilleges to develop a new professional life, helping students find a job, and help the IT industry to introduce high-quality shortage of highly skilled personnel, to participate in and promote the social value created by the above process, will be the CBD's mission.
