全国院校专业改革推广工程

“全国院校专业改革推广工程”(以下简称“推广工程”)是紧紧围绕国家教育主管部门“产学结合、校企合作”的精神,旨在改善高校课程内容和实践环节,使其充分满足企业用人需求,完善现有教学体系,提升学生就业质量的推广工程。是CBD教育在整合国家主管部委、北美高校、世界知名厂商优质教育资源的同时潜心自主研发的。“推广工程”中的专业将涵盖包括计算机、财务、管理等在内的多个专业。CBD教育是“全国院校专业改革推广工程”的唯一组织和实施机构。

“推广工程”项目,经过前期充分的社会调研、专家论证、以及完善的培训课程设计、考试及评测体系的设计。已于2006年在全国试点推广实施,并取得明显成效。在全球金融危机的影响下,如何提高就业竞争力对于高校及高校毕业生而言都是最紧要和最现实的问题。目前,全面引入CBD教育“特色专业”课程的高等院校超过50余所,毕业生千余名。无论对高校还是学生而言,通过CBD教育的“特色专业”课程都明显提高了学生的就业竞争力和对口就业比例。在此基础上,多所合作院校都主动要求CBD教育开辟更多的专业,以满足不同专业学生的要求。

Promotion Project of Discipline Reform for Educational institutions in China

Closely around the needs of “combination of production and learning, cooperation of university and enterprise” required by national educational competent authorities, “Promotion Project of Discipline Reform for Educational institutions in China” (hereafter referred to as “promotion project”) is designed to improve the contents and practice links of university curriculum to fully meet the demands of enterprise employment; to perfect existing teaching system and to promote the employment quality of the students. This promotion project has been independently developed by CBD Education with the integration of the excellent educational resources among national Ministries and Commissions in charge, universities in North America and world famous manufacturers, whose specialties cover computer, finance and management and so on. CBD Education is the exclusive organization and enforcement body of “Promotion Project of Discipline Reform for Educational institutions in China”. By means of social survey, expert's demonstration and investigation as well as the perfect design of training course and the design of examination and appraisal systems at the prophase, the promotion project has been carried out through experimental phase and been spread all over the country since 2006 with obvious effects. Under the influence of global financial crisis, how to increase the employment competitiveness is the most essential and practical problem for the universities and their graduates. At present, there are more than 1000 graduates in over 500 universities and colleges that full adapt to the “specialized disciplines” of CBD Education. Whether for the universities or for the students, the “specialized disciplines” of CBD Education have remarkably increased the employment competitiveness and the ratio of employment with the specialty of the students. On this basis, so many universities and colleges volunteer to cooperate with CBD Education to cultivate more specialties so as to satisfy the demands of the students in various specialties.

全国院校专业改革研究院

全国院校专业改革研究院,是在高职教育研究会的扶持及教育部有关领导们的关注下,为深入贯彻执行国家领导机关对于高校教育、职业教育的改革与发展的指导思想而专门成立的。温家宝总理曾在2005全国教育会议上指出,“我国职业教育今后的发展重点是:合理调整教育结构、重点加强职业教育;推进体制机制创新,形成多元化办学格局;以就业为导向,提高职业院校办学水平和质量。”

从05年开始,研究院做了大量的准备及调研工作。三年内,研究院对全国数十家职业院校的教育模式进行调查与收集,同时,对多所公办院校在职业教育领域的创新与摸索的成果进行整理,综合用人企业对于人才的需求分析等结果,最终形成一套最适合目前我国教育国情的职业教育改革与教育结构调整方案,即“全国院校专业改革推广工程”。经多方论证、研讨,该方案得到了国内外多位知名教育专家、学者的认可与肯定,并在全国迅速推广开来。

教育部领导在对研究院的科研成绩表示肯定与支持的同时,也为研究院今后的发展指明了道路。今后,研究院将不定期在全国召开有关职业教育发展与教育结构调整和改革的研讨会、论坛,以多种方式收集全国教育行业同仁对于教育发展的不同思路,并以此为依据积极扩大、不断完善科研成果,为中国的教育与发展贡献出自己的一份力量。

National Universities Specialized Reform Institute

The National Universities Specialized Reform Institute was established with the support of the Higher Vocational Education Research Association and also received broad attention from the concerned officials of Ministry of Education. The institute aims to thoroughly apply the guiding ideology on the reform and development of university education and vocational education raised by the state leading organs. At the National Education Conference in 2005, Prime Minister Wen Jiabao once pointed out that “The reasonable adjustment of educational structure and the strengthening on vocational education will be placed with top priority; the system and mechanism should be promoted with innovations to form the multiplied school pattern; the improvement of the standard and quality of education in universities should be employment-oriented.”

From the year 2005, the institute has done lots of preparatory work and investigations. During the three years, the institute investigated and analyzed dozens of professional colleges' and universities' educational patterns. At the same time, the institute also analyzed the achievement of many universities and colleges in the vocational education industry. Combining the demand analysis of the employers to the talents and etc, our institute finally formed an adjustment plan--Promotion Project of Discipline Reform for Educational institutions in China, which best suits the current educational situation and structure in our country. This plan obtained the affirmation and approval of many educational experts and scholars home and abroad. The plan has been promoted in China quickly.

While giving the affirmation and support to the achievement of the institute, the officials concerned in Ministry of Education also indicated the future direction for the research institute. From now on, the research institute will hold aperiodic seminars and forum related to vocational education development and the educational structure adjustment. It will introduce diversified ideas on the education development from colleagues in the national education field. The institute will unceasingly, also positively perfect the research results on the basis of these ideas, and contribute to the national education development.
